Blow-Fill-Seal (BFS) Supervisor

Suterra is looking for an experienced B/F/S technician with a background in manufacturing to join our Operations team in Bend, Oregon. The ideal candidate will have experience supervising, leading, and motivating operator teams. You will also bring excellent attention to detail and experience in creating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Train and supervise a 2–4-person operating team.Work with other departments to (Quality Assurance, Engineering, Sourcing) to facilitate resolution of process & equipment concerns.Monitor production schedules. Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts and coordinates Production resources and with other departments to meet production goals.Follow all departmental and company safety policies.Execute production processes, check-in equipment, and perform material movements.Operate all formulation, sterile filling, inspection, and final packaging equipment of production line.
