CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
The position requires attention to detail, hard work, and the ability to multi-task. Please be someone diligent, organized, and a team player. The needs of this position are diverse, so each day will involve a wide variety of tasks in different aspects of the operational side of the business. Daily responsibilities include grounds and storage unit maintenance, basic truck maintenance, U-Haul rental dispatch and returns, and more. Good computer skills are needed. The work schedule is Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Monday, and some on-call; a total of 25 hours a week. Must have strong maintenance, office, and customer service skills and be willing to do general labor.
A valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities:
Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul dealer with products and rentals.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace,
Process accurately using our systems, software, and other electronic-based technology.
Provide information about storage, products, and services.
Collaborate with the team to ensure customer satisfaction and efficiency.
Requirements:
Clean and professional appearance suitable for a customer-facing role.
Previous experience with customer service preferred.
Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
Computer and problem-solving skills.
High school diploma or equivalent.
