Looking for responsible and reliable maintenance person. Basic Maintenace and closing responsibilities. Must be willing to work weekends and holidays. Valid ODL, Auto insurance and reliable vehicle required. Position also requires ability to do some manual labor which includes snow removal, hauling firewood and basic home maintenance. This is a full time position.
