We are seeking a multi-talented individual, to assist in a diverse set of responsibilities, including office management, customer service and operations of our facility on a part-time, hourly basis. REQUIREMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITY'S OF THE JOB:
The position places you in front of our clients. You will be friendly face to greet current customers, provide
tours of the facility with prospective clients, write up storage contracts, receiving and entering payments into our computer system, follow receivables to ensure prompt payments, answering phone inquiries and addressing any issues that may need to be resolved.
As office manager, you will be reconciling end of day cash journal reports, bank deposits and running
reports, keep detailed notes of daily activities and doing special projects or reports for the ownership.
Completing light maintenance, including sweeping, changing light bulbs, cleaning and ensuring the physical
premises are ready for daily operations to receive customers.
The candidate will be working 15-19 hours a week, preferably Friday-Sunday, between the hours of 8 am-5:30 pm.
Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
