We are looking for a motivated and service-driven individual to join our team as a Customer Advocate. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be able to effectively resolve customer inquiries with patience and understanding. They must also have the ability to learn quickly, remain organized, multitask efficiently, work well as part of a team environment, problem solve independently and utilize best practices in customer service. This role will entail working with customers inquiries regarding their order status, setting up returns, editing existing orders and placing new orders.
Responsibilities
Manage incoming customer queries via email, phone or chat.
Use verbal and written communication skills to answer questions from customers accurately.
Perform other duties related to resolving customer issues such as following up on open tickets, processing warranty claims or communicating with shipping vendors.
Work as a part of a team to manage the volume of incoming inquiries from customers.
