We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to enhance our breakfast service team. In the role of Breakfast Attendant/Concierge, you will be the morning ambassador of our boutique hotel, not only serving up delightful breakfast experiences but also being a knowledgeable guide to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Skillfully set up and dismantle the breakfast buffet, ensuring a seamless dining experience.
- Vigilantly maintain a well-stocked buffet, ensuring all items are fresh and inviting.
- Promptly respond to guests' requests for condiments and special dining needs.
- Efficiently clear tables, ensuring a clean and welcoming dining environment.
- Address and resolve any guest queries or concerns with professionalism and care.
- Assist in managing the dining area flow, ensuring guests are comfortably seated and the restaurant is ready for closing at the end of meal service.
- Undertake thorough cleaning tasks, including sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping, to maintain impeccable dining area standards.
- Adhere to strict cleaning and sanitizing protocols for tables and countertops throughout and following meal service.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Brings prior experience in the food service industry, with a flair for exceptional guest service.
- Possesses the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a bustling environment.
- Holds a valid food handler's permit, or is willing to obtain one.
- Exhibits outstanding organizational, multitasking, and verbal communication skills.
- Thrives in a fast-paced setting with minimal supervision, maintaining a friendly, attentive, and guest-focused attitude.
- Is flexible and available to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
