CODR is now accepting applications for the position of: Bookkeeper

General Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the company

- Prepare and process financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable

- Perform bank and charge account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial statement

- Assist CFO with month-end and year-end closing processes

- Prepare and analyze financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements

- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities

- Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and resolve discrepancies

- Provide support during external audits

Experience, Skills & Abilities:

- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role in an Accounting Department

- Solid understanding of corporate accounting principles and procedures

- Proficient in 10-key typing and data entry accuracy

- Experience with Intuit accounting software, or similar programs

- Strong knowledge of balance sheet reconciliation, journal entries, debits, credits, and general ledger maintenance

- Familiarity with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and meet deadlines - Great attitude and career minded
