We are a short term rental (Airbnb/VRBO) management company with properties in Tulsa, OK, Branson, MO, and the Caribbean. We're looking for a Tulsa maintenance man for 20 hours per week to start, moving into full time after the first 6 months. Hourly schedule is flexible if you can work more than 20 hours per week. We are looking for someone professional and reliable, someone that can fit in with a great team and positive culture. Desired Skills/Traits:
Proficiency in basic maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical work, HVAC systems, carpentry, and general repairs. There may also be some lawn maintenance involved initially as we scale our Tulsa. Applicants do not need skills in every area listed, but a broader range of knowledge is preferred.
Problem Solving/Decision Making- There is a lot of autonomy and freedom in this role. We're looking for someone that enjoys solving problems and fixing them without direct supervision or detailed instruction.
People skills- we are a service oriented company. Part of the role will be making house calls to our guests if they have a maintenance issue. Likability and the ability to help guests feel good about their service is highly valued.
