What does a “Day-in-the-Life” of an Arrow PC Technician look like?
Equipped with a company vehicle and excellent industry training, our PC Techs are out in the field visiting residential and commercial customers and performing requested pest control treatments. Here are a few specifics of what you would be doing each day:
Verifying that job specifications are appropriate for each work order · Preparing the job site for treatment
Applying pest control treatments to structures according to schedule, safety procedures and label instructions.
Interacting with customers and explaining services provided
Completing production forms documenting services provided
Additional Duties:
- Maintain quality results by adhering to company standards.
- Maintain safe work habits by following company standards.
- Maintain site records with required information
- Maintains vehicle and equipment in clean and proper operating condition.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Valid Drivers License
- At least 25 Years of Age
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Ability to make solid “On The Spot” decisions
- Ability to adhere to our corporate policies and procedures
- Previous experience PREFERRED, but will train the right candidate
- Strong Attention to Detail
- Stable work history
