Lead Cultivator:
This position requires comprehensive experience in a regulated commercial garden and general management skills.
duties include manage fit out of grow rooms, installation of related equipment, oversee all phases of cultivation,
develop SOPs., hire and train all garden support staff, manage daily operations of the facility.
Salary and Incentives
Garden Support Staff:
Supports and works under direction of Lead Cultivator. Prior garden experience preferred but not necessarily required. Applicant should have proven track record of success in other area of employment.
