We are an established Interior Design/General Contracting firm seeking a Construction Project Manager with field management experience, who possesses the ability to manage construction projects from concept to completion. The right candidate is organized and able to take on multiple projects at once as well as oversee trades.
Duties
Create and maintain project schedule
Gather proposals from subcontractors for the defined scope of work
Manage day to day operations of projects
Schedule trades and internal staff to perform work
Coordinate delivery of materials on an as needed basis
Regular site inspections to ensure jobs are clean and orderly, and that established safety policy is followed by staff and subs
Weekly updates to management
Coordinating with other teams and departments to ensure the integration of efforts to complete the project
Monitoring progress on a project and making adjustments as needed to meet project goals
Ensure turnover of spaces is consistent with the schedule
Project Manager Must Have
Strong communication and follow up skills
Excellent time management skills
Attention to detail
Strong interpersonal skills to manage client and trade relations
Computer skills and able to learn our design and scheduling programs
3+ years project management experience
Knowledge of the Healthcare Industry a plus, but not required.
