Need Help Desk Analyst Tier 2 in Tulsa, OK Job Description This position is onsite at the Client location in Tulsa, OK. - Candidate must be vaccinated against Covid and have their own reliable transportation.The dedicated position to support the TAS at Magellan handling desktop tier 2 tickets.This position has a higher level of skills that will be required, including, but not limited to, Linux, Networking and Server skills.Provides support to end users on a variety of issues.Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems.Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support.Monday - Friday - Hours TBD (1 hour lunch - non billable)

Required Skills
  • General technical skills – Windows 7, Windows 10, MS Office Suite, Exchange, Active Directory, Networking, Wired and Wireless, Desktop and Laptop basic HW knowledge.
  • Specific technical skills – Basic knowledge of Multifactor Authentication (MFA) Single sign on (SSO), mobile app usage.
  • Excellent customer service skills including telephone etiquette, listening skills, empathy, sense of urgency and enthusiasm.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in order to communicate effectively with end-users, peers, management, and client personnel. Accuracy in spelling, grammar, pronunciation & enunciation is a necessity. High level of reading and comprehension. Clear and concise ticket documentation is critical.
  • Demonstrated organization and work prioritization skills
  • Ability to utilize available resources
  • Must be both team-oriented and self-motivated
  • Flexibility
  • Must work independently with minimum supervision
  • Effectively using Remote Desktop Management (RDM) tools
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with frequent changes
  • Bi-lingual skills for English/Spanish and English/French are a plus
  • Must be able to determine incident criticality or escalate action to secure the appropriate resolution provider, using the tools provided.
Required Education Technical School or College Degree Required Years of Experience
  • 1 to 2 years technical help desk or equivalent experience
  • Prior experience on Software and Hardware for Mobile Devices, Desktops, Workstations, Notebooks and Printers
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel, O365 a plus)

Engagement Terms:
  • Location: Tulsa, OK
  • Rate: $20/hr
  • Duration: 1 contract to hire
  • Shift: Monday through Friday specific hours TBD
  • Must have an active driver's license and Proof of Covid vaccination
  • Candidate must be vaccinated against Covid and have their own reliable transportation.
  • Need to clear Background & Drug Screen checks before starting
  • Must have A “Valid” Driver License, Valid Passport, or Birth Certificate.
  • Should be willing to submit to an extensive background, criminal history, and drug test before starting the project.
