- Must be able to pass a thorough background screening.

- Ability to keep up with customer phone volume and schedule appointments in our platform.
- Experience with scheduling software like Jobber, Service Titan, or House Call Pro is a plus.
- Professional phone etiquette and appearance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good Email Management.
- Extremely organized, detail oriented, with great follow up skills.
- Excellent attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and resolve common sense issues with a minimum of supervision.
- Light filing and scanning.
- Basic document creation and formatting in Word, Adobe, Excel and basic photo editing.
- Inventory control and ordering of supplies as needed.
- Some minor errands if necessary.
- Reconciliation of outstanding invoices and collections at End of each Month.
