Summary: Drives truck or automobile to deliver and/or pick up materials and run miscellaneous errands for all departments along with one hour of administrative duties per day. Time allotted 50/50 between driving and admin for front desk and purchasing.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

 Pick up materials and run miscellaneous errands as required from out-source vendors to aide Structure, Header, Assembly and Maintenance departments as required.

 Provide support to Accounting and various other internal departments as necessary.

 Must have a valid Oklahoma driver’s license and must be a qualified, competent driver and shall maintain a good driving record.

 Must be bondable; credit history must be in good standing.

 Regular attendance, ability to arrive at work punctually, ability to work on–site, ability to work overtime.

 Ability to work cooperatively with others, ability to deal respectfully with the public, customers, vendors, other employees, managers, and executive management.

 Ability to perform multiple tasks concurrently, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, ability to interchange with others in the department.

 Ability to answer calls and accept applications along with other front desk duties while receptionist is at lunch and out of the office. Excellent customer service skills and problem-solving abilities.

 Administrative duties for purchasing department such as research for invoices, P.O. entry for VMI services, or other duties as deemed necessary by manager.

 Coordinate lunch coverage Mon-Thurs. with the front desk.

COMPUTER SKILLS

Personal computer skills including electronic mail and basic MS office knowledge, specifically Excel, keyboarding.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High school diploma. Recent experience in office setting; environment.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to exhibit excellent customer service skills in person and over the phone.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.

Employee will be working in a manufacturing area, which has moving mechanical equipment, hazards associated with welding, airborne mists and particles, chemicals and loud shop noises. Employee may work in outdoor weather conditions.
