Paralegal

Mid-sized law firm in Tulsa seeks a skilled litigation paralegal who has 4-5 years experience to work with members of our litigation/trial team. Practice areas are primarily personal injury, insurance bad faith, real property disputes, breach of contract disputes, oil & gas litigation. The successful candidate will have the experience or education necessary to be able to provide assistance during all phases of the litigation/trial process, including but not limited to, conducting intake interviews, some basic legal research, maintaining case files, including pleadings, motions, correspondence, etc., drafting of correspondence and other documents as needed, document preparation for filing, calendar all hearings and deadlines, attending trials if necessary, and preparation of appeals.
