I’m seeking a kind, reliable, and experienced caregiver to live with and provide care for my mother in Tulsa. She is in her late 70s, recently discharged from the hospital, and needs consistent support with daily activities including:
Medication management
Meal preparation
Light mobility assistance
Companionship and supervision
Occasional memory support
We are looking for someone who is calm, grounded, and truly enjoys caring for others. In exchange for caregiving, we are offering free private housing in her 3000 sq foot home — a parent with a child is welcome (possible one or two furnished or unfurnished bedrooms + full private bathroom), well behaved pets welcome, utilities, and a negotiable monthly stipend depending on your experience and availability. This is an ideal situation for someone seeking stable, long-term housing and meaningful work. I’ll have external caregivers and nurses coming daily as well.
You must:
Have caregiving experience (professional or personal)
Be able to pass a background check
Have personal references
Be comfortable living with an elderly woman who has some cognitive and physical challenges
& pass a drug test — 420 ok
Bonus if you have CNA or HHA certification, but it’s not required.
We’re open to creative arrangements—as long as the setup is safe, compassionate, and centered on her well-being.
Please reply with your name, a little about your background, why this feels like a good fit, and your availability to start. I’ll be conducting interviews and hoping to have someone in the home beginning in May.
Thank you for your care.
