Description Robert Half is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join a dynamic team in the Tulsa area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, with specific experience in IOS (International Organization for Standardization) certification processes. This role is critical to ensuring our operations are efficient, compliant, and continuously improving to meet industry standards and customer expectations.Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes.

Develop and implement operational policies and procedures in line with company goals and regulatory requirements.

Lead and manage IOS certification processes, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and continuous improvement.

Coordinate with various departments (R& D, production, quality assurance, etc.) to streamline operations and enhance productivity.

Monitor and analyze operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.

Manage budgets, resource allocation, and inventory to optimize operational efficiency.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Provide leadership and support to the operations team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Collaborate with senior management to set strategic goals and objectives for the operations department.

Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry.

In-depth knowledge of IOS certification processes and requirements.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in using operations management software and tools.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
