Start your journey with us Our IT department is currently seeking a developer to analyze, design, develop and maintain intelligent automation systems that involve a mixture of Robotic Process Automation (RPA), SQL, reporting, and Python. The developer will leverage existing methodologies across various enterprise automation initiatives and plays an integral part of the Intelligent Automation Team.

Be ready to\:
  • Serve as a critical bridge between the business and technology
  • Design, develop and deploy intelligent automation solutions using different tools, design principles and conventions (e.g., Python, Cognos, UiPath, .NET)
  • Maintain proper documentation for the solutions, test procedures and scenarios during UAT and Production environments
  • Coordinate with process owners and business partners to understand the as-is processes and design the automation process flow
  • Participates in design sessions with business process owners to provide technical direction on design considerations for development, performance, scalability, availability, maintainability, and reusability
  • Responsible for the successful deployment planning, implementation and sustainability of the client's intelligent automation initiatives
  • Comply with and help design coding standards, policies and procedures for every development effort
Qualification:

Be equipped with\:
  • 3+ years of development experience that include successful implementations
  • Strong SQL skills, especially with SQL Server and DB2
  • Experience with Python 3.x
  • Experience creating visualizations using IBM Cognos Reporting
  • Production system deployment and support experience
  • Agile method experience and understanding with production-based systems
  • Strong written and oral communications along with presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge and experience in Property & Casualty Insurance

  • a bachelor's degree or have equivalent experience in computer science or related discipline.
