We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized INFINITI Parts Manager to join our team in Tulsa, Oklahoma. As the Parts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the parts department operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, and providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients.Manage and maintain an accurate inventory of INFINITI parts and accessoriesOversee the ordering, receiving, and stocking of parts to ensure optimal inventory levelsDevelop and implement strategies to improve parts department efficiency and profitabilitySupervise and train parts department staff, fostering a team-oriented work environmentCollaborate with service advisors and technicians to ensure timely parts availability for repairsProcess warranty claims and returns in accordance with INFINITI guidelinesUtilize inventory management systems to track parts movement and generate reportsProvide excellent customer service to both wholesale and retail customersStay up-to-date with INFINITI product changes and parts catalog updatesEnsure compliance with all relevant safety and environmental regulations
