Position : Desktop Support/Field SupportLocation : Tulsa, OK

Job description :

Skills: Desktop/Laptop repair / IMAC / New Setups experience is a must.

Good verbal communication; ability to solicit and convey moderately complex information and make recommendations, good problem solving skills, ability to work well with diverse personalities.

Considerable experience supporting Servers, PCs and Handheld Devices. - At L2/L3 Level, should able to manage escalations.

  • 2 or more years total experience in supporting software and user support especially relating to Microsoft tools
  • Experience working with helpdesk ticketing system
  • Demonstrated time management skills of personal task list for self and team.
  • Certifications:

    Dell WPD Technician, Apple knowledge (Good to have)

    Client Environnent:

    Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10, MS Office 2016 and O365 Knowledge, compliance
