Description We are seeking a competent and organized Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to various departments within the organization. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Reception Duties:

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

Answer and direct phone calls promptly and accurately.

Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.

Administrative Support:Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.

Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments.

Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff.

Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails.

Data Entry and Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate records and databases.

Input data into spreadsheets and databases.

Ensure confidentiality of all sensitive information.

Office Management:

Order and maintain office supplies inventory.

Coordinate maintenance of office equipment.

Assist in the coordination of office events and meetings.

Customer Service:

Handle inquiries and provide information to clients and visitors.

Resolve complaints and issues promptly and professionally.

Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management or Administration is a plus.

Proven experience as an administrative assistant, receptionist, or office assistant.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
