Duties include but are not limited to:Maintain an accurate accounts payable schedule. Post and process all approved vendor invoices for paymentVerify all invoices are posted to proper general ledger accountsOrganize and maintain purchase ordersMonthly check printingOrganize and manage credit card expensesMaintain vendor files including all tax, 1099 and insurance documentation or payable and receivablesDaily cash depositFilingScanning
