The idea of our company is simple: we help people. We provide free cellphones with free cell service to those in need. Our team members enjoy a balanced, wholesome lifestyle, great pay, flexible hours, and real opportunities for growth within the company.
A day in the work field looks like this:
1. Arrive at your location
2. Be prepared to work 6 hours (shift of your choice)
3. Hand out free phones to people in the community
4. Be accountable – we rely on you to help as many people as possible
5. Go home. Rinse and repeat the next day.
Schedule:
- Choose your own 6–8 hour shift (Monday–Friday)
- Weekends off
- Guaranteed 30+ hours weekly
- Part-time available
- Long-term employment
- Start immediately
Pay Structure:
- $15/hour when you give away 0–19 phones weekly (This should never happen, but it's guaranteed pay)
- $20/hour when you give away 20–39 phones weekly
- $30/hour when you give away 40+ phones weekly (That's up to $1200 weekly and very achievable!)
- Full commission options available as the employee’s choice
Perks & Support:
- Take the rest of the week off with full-time pay once you give away 30 phones in one week (some employees give away 30 in a day)
