Job Title: HVAC Service TechnicianWe are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing on-site service and startup of commercial and industrial air conditioning and refrigeration units and equipment. You will also provide technical support via phone or email to assist customers in troubleshooting equipment in the field.Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot by observing equipment in operation and testing system operation using precision gauges and testing instruments.
Troubleshoot via phone or email using the information provided by customers and schematics, testing documentation, submittal data, and other information available on our computer systems.
Test lines, components, and connections for leaks.
Dismantle malfunctioning systems and test components using electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic testing equipment.
Requirements/Qualifications:
Associate's Degree (two-year college or technical school) or equivalent job experience.
Ability to read a tape measure down to 1/16 of an inch.
Valid driver's license, EPA Certification preferred .
Brazing and preventive maintenance experience preferred .
