RELIABLE PERSONAL TRANSPORTATION to drive to job sites we work in the Edmond and Oklahoma City metro area from: GUTHRIE TO NORMAN AND CHOCTAW TO YUKON
REQUIRED Experience: Minimum 2 years
NO MAJOR TOOLS REQUIRED - We provide all MAJOR TOOLS / Make sure you have a 5in1.
INTERIOR / EXTERIOR Painting for Residential / Commercial Projects
MUST HAVE LISTED EXPERIENCE AND BE PREPARED TO SHOW THE SKILLS
- Prepare the room or work area by moving furniture, covering with drop cloths, setting up scaffolding or ladders
- Skilled with Prepping Surfaces by washing walls, repairing damages, sanding, removing old paint
- Prep the project with Tape, Paper, Plastic, Caulking, Priming
- Apply Paints or Finishes to restore surfaces effectively with the use of brushes, rollers, or spray rigs to the surfaces according to work order
- Clean-up work areas and remove hazardous materials properly
- Knowledge of Drywall Repair is a plus
- Painting Stucco is a plus
- Exterior Carpentry Repair Experience is a plus - Preparing for Exterior jobs to start in March 2025
Bi-Weekly Pay Schedule
