Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues
- Conduct inspections to identify worn or faulty parts
- Repair or replace damaged parts as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operation of equipment
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
Skills:
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Experience with CNC machines and programming
- Proficiency in LabView, Simulink, and logic controllers
- Familiarity with FEA (Finite Element Analysis) software
- Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)
- Proficiency in Creo (formerly Pro/ENGINEER) for 3D modeling and design
- Experience using MATLAB for data analysis and simulation
- Ability to fabricate and assemble mechanical components
