As an Experienced Cabinet Assembler, you will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring that our cabinets are assembled to the highest standards of quality and precision. You will work with various materials and components, following detailed specifications and blueprints.
Key Responsibilities: - Assemble cabinets and cabinetry components according to specifications and design plans.
Utilize hand tools, power tools, and machinery to cut, shape, and join materials.
Interpret and follow blueprints, technical drawings, and assembly instructions. - Ensure all assembled products meet quality standards and specifications. - Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues as they arise.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace. - Assist in training and mentoring new assembly team members, as needed.
Qualifications: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in cabinet assembly or related woodworking field.
Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools specific to cabinet making. - Strong understanding of woodworking techniques and materials.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials as required.
