OklaHome real estate team needs a Jack/Jill of all trades who can be the support system for our Realtors. This position would be mostly behind the scenes to do: (all one position, different duties)
1. Transaction Coordinator - making sure all of the forms are turned in, signed correctly and organized
2. Executive Assistant - support the real estate team running errands, event coordination, tracking numbers, etc.
Bonus if you also have experience/ability with:
3. Marketing Assistant - support the Marketing Manager with help posting to social media, designing fliers and invitations and possibly website editing.
Real estate license is not required although this would be a great environment to learn what it takes to get one.
No smoking or drug use.
Preferably live in close proximity to Edmond.
