We're a small company in OKC that does Testing & Balancing of Commercial and Industrial HVAC Systems. We are looking for a multi faceted person that can perform the listed functions below. We have a excellent culture and everyone in the office works well together. We are looking for someone that fits into our culture. Dress code is casual/comfortable.
Key responsibilities
Process payroll (Bi-weekly)
Send out invoices as directed (Quickbooks)
Track employees time on spreadsheet
Answer phone and direct phone calls
Data entry (pre-type and post-type reports in X-cel)
track and order office supplies
Check mail daily
Process new employee's paperwork upon hire
Initiate insurance paperwork when employees become eligible
Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong communication skills
Preferably some experience with Quickbooks but not necessary
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
