READ ALL INFORMATION: This position is for contract cleaning work: part-time nightly cleaning of TWO commercial medical offices. Duties include disposing of all trash, wiping down hard surfaces like cabinets and tabletops. Cleaning restrooms, windows (must know how to squeegee windows) detail cleaning, and deep cleaning, and restocking supplies.
Pay: $20 per hour for two hours, 4x per week, paid once a month
Must have 2 years of professional cleaning experience, and bring your own supplies: Vacuum, dustmop, mop, towels and cleaning agents
Other Requirements:
- A driver's license and personal vehicle
- No criminal history related to aggravated assault or theft.
- At least 2 year of cleanings or grounds-keeping experience
- Physically able to handle being on feet and working
- Must speak English
- Must be available to start work immediately
