Maintenance Manager – Manufactured Home Dealership
Join our team at Titan Factory Direct Homes, a trusted manufactured home dealership dedicated to providing quality homes and exceptional customer experiences! We’re seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Manager to keep our display homes and lot in top condition.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine janitorial duties in the office to maintain a clean and professional environment.
Conduct small repairs, as needed, on display homes to ensure they’re showcase-ready.
Ensure the cleanliness and appealing appearance of all display homes.
Occasionally move furniture to support display setups or rearrangements.
Handle routine landscaping and maintenance of the lot to keep it welcoming and well-kept.
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required).
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Basic knowledge of routine home repairs (e.g., minor plumbing, electrical, or carpentry).
Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Pay and Benefits:
Hourly Rate: $15/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
