Work contents :
most of the time ,just work in Midwest
Do the daily maintenance and repairs

Requirements below :
1.Age more than 30 , less than 55
2.Extensive experience in both commercial and residential work a plus
3.2+ years of relevant experience
4.Able to work independently
Job Type :Part time
Payment :from $15-$25 per hour,Based on experience. Will be discussed at interview.
