Pre-Cert Scheduler needed for premier joint replacement clinic in Oklahoma City.
Monday-Friday, no weekends or major holidays.
Responsibilities:
The Pre-Cert Scheduler will take all incoming calls and referrals.
Will schedule new and return clinic visits for 5 providers.
Will authorize and schedule follow-up appointments, outgoing referrals, verify eligibility and benefits, schedule diagnostic testing and a high volume of surgeries.
Other duties include but are not limited to scanning, indexing and pre-cert/authorizations of injections and prepping the schedule and clinic forms for the next day and other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
One year of clinic scheduling is highly preferred.
Experience with Electronic Health Records (Epic) highly preferred.
Applicant must be dependable and self motivated, a team player, possess excellent organization and critical thinking skills and have the ability to multi-task and be able to work in a high volume atmosphere.
High School graduate or equivalent required (GED)
