Job Description:
Bao Soup Dumpling is looking for friendly, reliable, and team-oriented individuals to join our front-of-house team! This position includes both serving guests and assisting at the drink bar with preparing and serving beverages.
Responsibilities:
Greet and serve guests with a positive and professional attitude
Take customer orders and provide menu recommendations
Prepare and serve drinks such as tea, juice, or specialty beverages
Ensure tables are clean and properly set for each guest
Help maintain cleanliness and organization at the drink station
Collaborate with kitchen and FOH team to provide a smooth dining experience
Handle payments accurately and efficiently (if needed)
Requirements:
Good communication and customer service skills
Friendly, team-oriented, and dependable
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
Previous restaurant or food service experience is a plus
Willing to learn and grow with the team
Bilingual skills (English/Spanish or English/Chinese) are a bonus
