We are seeking a passionate and licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR) to provide high-quality therapy services to children and families in home, school, daycare, and clinic settings. The OTR will help clients gain independence and improve functional skills in fine motor development, self-care, sensory regulation, and social participation. Therapy is evidence-based, client-centered, and tailored to individualized goals.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide occupational therapy services to address sensory, motor, cognitive, and adaptive functioning.Conduct evaluations and assessments using standardized tools and clinical observation.Develop and implement individualized, goal-driven treatment plans.Document sessions, progress, and outcomes clearly and in compliance with regulations.Educate and support families and caregivers to ensure effective carryover of strategies.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including BCBAs and RBTs, for integrated care.Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) per licensure guidelines.Contribute to clinic-wide treatment protocols, trainings, and quality initiatives.Maintain professional and ethical standards while ensuring licensure and certification compliance.Stay current on best practices and evidence-based interventions in pediatric OT.Qualifications & SkillsStrong knowledge of sensory integration, motor planning, and child development.Skilled in using play and purposeful activities to support growth.Excellent communication skills with clients, families, and team members.Culturally competent and able to work with diverse populations.Ability to remain calm and effective in challenging situations.Strong organizational and documentation skills in a fast-paced environment.Proficient with electronic health records and basic computer applications.Committed to family-centered and trauma-informed care.Team-oriented with a willingness to collaborate and seek consultation.Education & ExperienceRequired: Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.Required: Current OT licensure in Oklahoma and NBCOT certification.Preferred: Pediatric OT experience in home, school, or clinical settings.Preferred: Familiarity with ABA principles and interdisciplinary collaboration.
