participate in gathering requirements, including leading, designing and providing guidance on recommendations. collaborate with the client on current processes and proposing solutions to enhance current processes, including: advising on system options,  risk, cost vs. benefits and impacts.  ensuring all systems are aligned with the IT long term strategy. identifying, recommending and implementing complex configuration solutions and  implementing full cycle configuration to meet business needs, while creating and updating associated documentation set the testing strategy for modules and lead end to end integration testing. participate in the delivery of project and minor/major releases. troubleshoot and lead the evaluation and design of the correction for complex incidents maintain a high level of functional competency by staying abreast of new trends, future enhancements and leveraging best practices. Pull Product Backlog Items (PBI)s from the Azure DevOps O&M board to analyze and to document findings. Participate in user story grooming sessions and coordinates with FMIS Product Owner team to create user stories and acceptance criteria in Azure DevOps. Coordinate with development team to ensure that the development team fully understands the scope of the user story. Analyze work requests received from customer. Ensure requirements are documented - Create/Update Functional Requirements documentation. Participate in requirement and design reviews. Review requirements and design documents. Review system design documents. Review test plans and test results. Reviews release items for production implementation. Review Release Notes. Conduct knowledge transfer to client staff.
