The Dean on Duty plays a crucial role in maintaining a safe and supportive campus environment ensuring the well-being of students and addressing any behavioral issues that may arise.Serve as the primary point of contact for students, faculty, and staff for behavioral issuesRespond promptly and effectively to campus emergencies and critical incidentsCollaborate with campus security, local law enforcement, and other relevant departments to ensure campus and student safetyProvide guidance and support to students facing academic, personal, or behavioral challengesMake informed decisions regarding student conduct issues and policy violationsMaintain accurate records of incidents and prepare detailed reportsAssist in developing and implementing campus safety protocols and procedures as it relates to student behaviorContribute to the overall student experience by fostering a positive and inclusive campus culture
