As our Customer Service Specialist, your primary responsibility will be managing all communications, including answering phone calls, emails, and online chats. You will be the first point of contact for many of our clients, so it’s important to have a friendly, professional, and welcoming demeanor. Informing clients by answering questions thoroughly, handling inquiries with care, and ensuring they have a smooth reservation process are essential parts of this role. You will be responsible for taking down reservations accurately and confirming bookings through multiple communication channels to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.

Greeting clients with a genuine smile is at the heart of this position, but your responsibilities will go beyond customer interaction. You will also handle cash register operations, ensuring that all transactions are recorded properly and that the register balances at the end of each shift. In addition, you will verify rooms after they have been cleaned by hosts, manage in-house laundry duties, assist with small host management tasks, and perform light cleaning chores during slower periods or between client visits. Flexibility, initiative, and the ability to multi-task will be key to your success in this role.

We are seeking candidates who meet the following requirements: you must be fully bilingual, with both high school and college degrees completed. Reliable transportation is necessary to ensure you can arrive on time and ready to work. Strong customer service skills are critical, as is an honest and hardworking attitude. We need someone who is professional, friendly, and able to communicate effectively with both clients and team members. The ability to react quickly, walk briskly when needed, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously will set you apart.

Availability on weekends is a must, as our business is busiest during those times. Night shift availability is a plus and could provide you with even more flexibility and opportunities within the role.
