Job Summary:
Berkcorp is seeking a talented and customer-focused Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team! As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers via phone, email, and chat. If you're passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences and are available to work remotely, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner via phone, email, and chat
Resolve customer issues and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
Utilize strong problem-solving skills to address complex customer issues
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using our CRM system
Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards
Participate in regular training sessions to stay up-to-date on products and services
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Strong computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Bilingual skills a plus (but not required)
