Job Title: Part-Time Personal & Household Assistant
Job Overview:
A busy real estate professional is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Personal & Household Assistant to provide support with both personal and business-related tasks. This role requires someone highly organized, proactive, and adaptable, who enjoys variety and problem-solving. Responsibilities range from administrative duties to hands-on household and errand-running tasks. No two days will be the same!
Responsibilities:
Administrative & Business Support:
Schedule and coordinate vendors, contractors, and appointments
Assist with real estate tasks such as placing open house signs, delivering contracts to closing companies or banks, and running business-related errands
Manage schedules and reminders to ensure timely completion of tasks
Household & Personal Assistance:
Pick up grocery orders, unload and stock items in the refrigerator and pantry
Handle household maintenance tasks such as organizing, light cleaning, or overseeing repairs
Pick up and drop off pets as needed (e.g., vet appointments, groomer)
Run various personal errands such as dry cleaning, gift shopping, or car maintenance drop-offs
Qualifications:
Highly organized with excellent time-management skills
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
Comfortable handling a mix of business and personal tasks
Trustworthy, responsible, and detail-oriented
A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
Compensation & Schedule:
Pay: Competitive hourly rate based on experience ($15-20/hr)
Schedule: Part-time with flexible hours (estimated 10-20 hours per week, may vary based on workload)
Mileage reimbursement for work-related travel
