Job Requirements
Regularly travel to inspect Unicare’s quality of service in and outside of Texas
Janitorial experience not required but preferred
Job responsibilities:
Regularly communicating with clients and gathering information about a project’s scope, budgets, and timelines
Tracking and following up on client account issues and plans
Developing timelines & project cost evaluations for clients
Coordinating teams to accomplish tasks and responding to customer complaints
Assembling new teams to meet clients’ or businesses’ goals
Hold weekly meetings with crew leaders who perform the work to ensure proper quality of service
Create reports and report to multiple managers
Assist in client meetings quarterly to discuss project progress
Monitor time tracking software and inspection software
Regularly update Excel sheets & report to management
Take on varying projects and tasks given by direct supervision
