As a Remote Assistant Sales/Marketing Manager, you will be critical part of our team, and we’ll help you learn along with us.
What You’ll Do:
Learn all aspects of our business, especially sales & marketing.
Assist and work closely with our Sales & Marketing Director and various team members as needed.
Assist in daily coordination of our telemarketing and outreach efforts.
Handle incoming sales calls scheduled by appointment setters.
Build relationships of trust with our clients and prospective clients.
Guide prospective customers along the path to becoming customers and achieving their goals.
Work with our team and CRM system, track new opportunities, companies, and potential clients through our client intake and service process.
Use discretion, savvy, flexibility, and professionalism in dealing with sensitive client information and circumstances.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and brand consistency.
Conduct remote meetings with the sales and marketing team and others as needed.
Support the creation, editing, and proofing of marketing and sales materials such as presentations, proposals, and digital campaigns.
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or a similar role (remote experience is a definite plus).
Proven track record of success.
Excellence in connecting with anyone and everyone over the phone and Internet, instantly building and maintaining relationships of trust with strangers.
Leadership skills – ability to lead and manage small (remote) groups and teams toward successful goal completion.
Fantastic oral and written communication abilities.
Excellent team player, able to quickly adapt, work well with, and succeed with different personalities and diverse situations.
Strong attention to detail - including writing and spelling accurately.
High level of professionalism, accessibility, discretion, and reliability.
Outstanding empathy, kindness, patience, understanding, magnanimity, agility, social savvy, and conversational skill.
Demonstrated passion for learning and adapting to new challenges.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet important deadlines.
Dependability and accessibility. The value of this position depends on our ability to reach that person when needed and rely on their coming through on time for the team.
Tech-savvy. The more, the better. At a minimum, proficiency with the Internet and applications such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and virtual meeting platforms will be required.

Updated computer, cell phone, and high-speed internet access for running business applications and communicating with team members, clients, and potential clients.
