Miba Bearings, a global manufacturing leader, is seeking Production Operators to join their team in McConnelsville, OH!
Operators must have the availability to work both 2nd and 3rd shift.
Shift Hours:
2nd Shift: 3:20pm to 11:40pm
3rd Shift: 11:40pm to 7:00am
Production Operators with Miba Bearings can expect:
Competitive Pay: All Operators start at the Union-regulated rate of 19.97/hour but can expect to reach $24.51/hr in just 18 months!

In-depth Mentorship: For the first 90 days of employment all Operators will shadow a tenured operator and receive on-the-job training as well as classroom instruction.
