ESS has an immediate need for IT Help Desk Support to work in the Mercer Area School District for the 2019/20 school year. The IT Technician position requires a competent computer user. This individual undertakes the basic set up, checking and maintenance of networked PCs as well as performing basic diagnostic and recovery routines on network equipment and a wide range of hardware repairs and upgrades.
