INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE

Under the direction of the Plant Manager and Building Supervisor, is responsible for industrial maintenance and repair of paint systmes and related equipment; buildings and related facilities and; perform related work. Maintain proper operating parameters of all paint equipment. Perform routine and preventative maintenace on paint application and related equipment. Maintains and repairs heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems. Conduct preventive maintenance on devices and systems. Maintain hand and power tools associated with mechanics, electrical, plumbing, and general building maintaence. Perform other duties as required by supervisor.
