We are looking for a reliable and skilled Insulator to join our team. In this role, you will install insulation and weatherproofing materials in residential homes to improve energy efficiency and comfort.
Key Responsibilities:
The Insulator will be responsible for the following duties, but not limited to:
Install insulation in attics, walls, floors, and pipes of residential homes.
Apply weatherproofing materials to windows, doors, and exterior areas to prevent drafts.
Measure, cut, and fit insulation materials to ensure proper coverage.
Seal gaps and cracks to enhance energy efficiency.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized worksite.
Inspect homes to identify areas needing insulation or weatherization.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in insulation, weatherization, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions.
Able to lift materials and work in various environments.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
