Office Manager Opening
Essential Duties:
Achieve revenue goals by effectively managing patient scheduling, staff productivity, collections, specialty referral process, expenses, and auxiliary supply purchases
Increase and stimulate new patient growth by supporting marketing and promotional programs
Lead by example to directly supervise and develop non-clinical office teams including performance feedback and annual appraisals
Complete administrative tasks accurately and timely including financial reviews, end of day reporting, staff payroll, and accounts receivable reports
Ensure the practice complies by maintaining the appropriate patient documentation
Continually build and sustain a joined leadership environment with Dentists
Required Experience:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field or four (4) years of equivalent experience can be substituted for a degree
Minimum of two (2) years dental industry management experience preferred, or experience managing in a fast-paced, highly interactive customer service environment
Must take ownership and act with a sense of urgency providing solutions to resolve issues
Strong computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office products, and the ability to learn new programs
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment possessing excellent interpersonal and organizational skills establishing positive relationships to develop and lead an engaged, productive team
