Lead Programmer Analyst

Description We are offering an exciting opportunity based in WESTLAKE, Ohio, for a Lead Programmer Analyst to join our team in the Service industry. The role involves a variety of duties including system analysis, programming, team guidance, and technical support.Responsibilities: Develop, modify, and maintain programs, while rectifying any errors that may occur. Analyze and plan systems in collaboration with management, ensuring all plans and schedules are well documented. Design systems based on analysis and consultations, ensuring all designs meet industry standards. Assist with system installation, provide training, and troubleshoot any issues that arise. Conduct fact-finding and program analysis to resolve any system issues. Provide technical advice, create ad-hoc reports, and offer training and problem-solving support to the team. Oversee and guide other technical staff as needed. Analyze and recommend major projects and system enhancements. Define user requirements and translate them into functional system requirements. Provide or assist with technical training for deployed applications. Participate in creating system procedures, guidelines, and technical documentation. Promote best practices for the software development life cycle within the team. Requirements Proficiency in C# - Sharp programming language Extensive experience with .NET framework Knowledge and experience with MS SQL Server Ability to work with Angular for building web applications Experience with Blazor for building interactive web UIs with C# Ability to lead and manage a team of programmers and analysts Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to solve complex problems and think critically Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field Experience in the service industry would be advantageous Willingness to continually learn new programming languages and techniques Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
