You will research, develop, and execute on key opportunities, particularly for the Debit Card product team, as well as foster strong partnerships with other payment products to create frictionless customer journeys. Your work will require critical thinking, organization, attention to detail, and above all a relationship-first approach as you will be collaborating across many teams, including Product, Payments, Customer Experience, and Data & Analytics.Job responsibilities:

Identify and track program/roadmap issues and partner to drive their resolution
Drive disciplined performance management through the tracking and assessment of key performance indicators and financial benefits
Measure the success of products and help implement strategies that support target OKRs (objectives & key results)
Partner with Analytics and Customer Experience to provide thoughtful recommendations and understand and articulate potential benefits
Navigate a highly-matrixed organization, influence partners, build consensus, and work across various functional departments (e.g., agile products)
Act as a thought leader, presenting and discussing ideas with intent to persuade, educate, and enhance understanding across all levels of the organization

Preferred qualifications, skills and capabilities:
Financial services and payment industry experience is a plus
Proven ability to take initiative, influence others, and achieve results without direct supervision over resources

Strong analytical, problem solving and planning skills with an excellent ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously within tight deadlines
Excellent written and verbal presentation skills including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
