We cannot wait to meet you!As a Paying with Chase Associate, you will drive collaboration across products, channels, and customer segments to achieve Consumer Bank's payments strategy. You will research, develop, and execute on key opportunities, particularly for the Debit Card product team, as well as foster strong partnerships with other payment products to create frictionless customer journeys. Your work will require critical thinking, organization, attention to detail, and above all a relationship-first approach as you will be collaborating across many teams, including Product, Payments, Customer Experience, and Data & Analytics.Job responsibilities:

Bring an entrepreneurial and self-starter attitude as there are many uncharted opportunities to explore

Effectively collaborate with partners to:

Coordinate and facilitate identification, prioritization, and timing of initiatives across multiple roadmaps and multiple partners

Regularly evaluate data, forums and processes to identify gaps, challenges, updates or areas of improvement for the paying with chase roadmap

Identify and track program/roadmap issues and partner to drive their resolution

Drive disciplined performance management through the tracking and assessment of key performance indicators and financial benefits

Measure the success of products and help implement strategies that support target OKRs (objectives & key results)

Partner with Analytics and Customer Experience to provide thoughtful recommendations and understand and articulate potential benefits

Navigate a highly-matrixed organization, influence partners, build consensus, and work across various functional departments (e.g., agile products)

Act as a thought leader, presenting and discussing ideas with intent to persuade, educate, and enhance understanding across all levels of the organization

Required qualifications, skills and capabilities:

Customer-centric and is familiar or quickly becomes familiar with the end to end payments journey

Excellent partner who leads through strong collaboration

Data driven and analytical, while also being a creative thinker

Focused on driving quantifiable business results

Vigorous and thorough in their management of details

Loves experimenting, learning, and taking calculated risks based on data

Constantly pushes boundaries of "what could be" to drive innovation

Always focuses on the big picture, considering impacts outside their given initiatives

Preferred qualifications, skills and capabilities:

Financial services and payment industry experience is a plus

Proven ability to take initiative, influence others, and achieve results without direct supervision over resources

Develops strong partnerships; recognized as a team player

Strong analytical, problem solving and planning skills with an excellent ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously within tight deadlines

Excellent written and verbal presentation skills including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
