 Here’s what we’re looking for:Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field a plus.SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential preferred.Thorough understanding of applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.Strong supervisory and leadership skills.Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.Must be available to volunteer 15+ hours a week
